Description.

If you asked me why I love you, I would say I don't know.
In fact, I haven't had the slightest idea.

I don't know why, for whatever reason, I find you fascinating or why you happen to stand out to me.
I don't know why you first sparked my interest when you did.
I don't know why I get extremely nervous when I look at you or talk to you.
I simply don't know.

The only thing I know is that I can't find the words to describe my affection for your personality and, dare I say, your soul.

I don't love you, I love who you are.

Is there even a difference between these two statements?
I think "I love you" has become so commonplace that it has lost nearly all value and a distinction needs to be made.
"I love who you are" is about being appreciative of a person because of who they are.
It's about caring for someone because of the effect they have on you, or because of how they approach an obstacle, or because of the way they think.
I think it shows a deeper commitment to a relationship and to a person than simply "I love you".

With that said, I love who you are.

"Today, I stand before you, not asking for your hand in marriage.
I am not asking you to be my wife.
Instead, what I'm asking for is so much more intimate.
I am asking, no, I am pleading, for you to grow old with me and grow old with me.

Please grow old with me."

I can remember the exact moment I fell in love with you.
It was about three to four seconds after we first met.
You looked at me and then quickly looked down, as if out of shyness or nervousness.
After about a second, you somehow found the courage to look back at me and had a smile on your face that I can't describe in words.
That was the exact moment I fell in love with you.

You had me and we hadn't even spoke a word.

The most important thing is you being yourself.
And if people don't like you for that,
then I'm sorry.

But who needs them?

"When I was 5 years old, my mother always tells me that happiness was the key to life.
When I went to school, they asked me what I want to be when I grow up.
I wrote down 'Happy'.
They said I didn't understand the assignment,
and I told them they didn't understand life."

I'm bad in English,
but I can tell you that I love you.

I'm bad in Geography,
but I can tell you that you live in my heart.

I'm bad in History,
but I can remember when I first saw you.

I'm bad in Chemistry,
but I can tell what's the reaction when you smile.

I'm bad in physics,
But I can tell the intensity of sparks of my eyes when they see you.

I know you have imperfections.
I know, in fact, I think you use these flaws as an excuse to hide from everyone who takes an interest in you.
I think it's because you're afraid.
You're afraid to feel pain, sorrow and joy.
So you use your imperfections to deter any unwanted attention.

But I see your imperfections and they make me love you all the more.
