Most friends should know by now,
that I'm trying to shed some pounds.
(Weight problems made me hate gravity!)


I've been trying to slim down since I don't know when man!
But nothing seems to do the trick!
And this made me super upset

Not that I'm SUPER FAT luh!
Slightly overweight though.
"I find you fat."
If someone you love said that,
will you try your utmost?


I did try ok!
I went swimming thrice a week,
sometimes more!
I swam almost 10laps all the time!
I tried that for a month,
(Actually 3 weeks.
Have to minus off menses week.)
And when I went to weigh myself,
I exclaimed,
"WHAT THE FUCK!?!?"
I gained 3kgs instead!!


I don't know if I use the wrong method or what.
But I did exercise!!
I thought exercise is good, no!?


I tried to persuade my sister to sign a package for me at particular slimming centres,
but then I got chided instead.
Sonia said I'm crazy.

I tried many methods just to lose some weight.
In the end,
nothing seems to work.
Maybe I do not have determination..


One and a half year later,
I'm still trying to slim down.
I'm taking 1000ml of tea everyday!
(Mom got this tea from Herbalife)
It's a torture man!
Not that the tea is not nice,
but i dread drinking water.

It almost killed me the first week.


When I saw Xiaxue blogged about the cavitation technology,
